Our services are tailored to the specific requirements of each client and site. The design evolves through a process of close collaboration with the client, to combine their aspirations and practical needs with our creativity and professional experience. The following stages are usually undertaken:

Initial consultation - A detailed brief is obtained, including budget.

Site survey - The site is measured and an assessment of prevailing site conditions made, followed by drafting of a scale plan.

Outline plan - Concept plans and sketches are prepared and discussed.

Master plan - This is finalised once the design proposal has been approved and detailed elements, such as materials and bespoke structures have been agreed.

Planting - Detailed plans of all planting areas are prepared, showing plant positioning, varieties and numbers.

Tender - Quotes are obtained from selected landscaper contractors.

Project monitoring - To ensure that the integrity of the design is maintained, and budgetary and other requirements met.

Plants - Sourced ready for planting following completion of the construction phase.

Aftercare - Maintenance schedules and follow up site visits can be arranged.
